1. Personal information collected and how it is collected

The Developer collects the following personal information in order to register members and provide the service.

• Data collected: email address
• Method of collection: entered by the user during in-app sign-up

2. Purpose of collection and use

Personal information collected is used only for the following purposes.

• Identifying members and confirming intent to sign up
• Account management and identity verification
• Delivering service-related notices
• Providing a means of contact for enquiries and complaints

3. Retention and use period

Users' personal information is retained until the account is deleted (membership withdrawal) and is destroyed without delay upon request. Where retention is required by applicable law, the information is kept for the period prescribed by that law.

• Records of contracts or withdrawal of subscription under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce: 5 years
• Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years

4. Provision to third parties

As a rule, the Developer does not provide users' personal information to third parties. The following are exceptions.

• Where the user has given prior consent
• Where required by law, or where an investigative agency requests it for investigative purposes following the procedures and methods prescribed by law

5. Advertising-related collection

The App serves advertising through Google AdMob. In this process AdMob may automatically collect information such as the device Advertising ID. This is not collected directly by the Developer and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

6. Destruction procedure and method

Upon membership withdrawal or a request to delete personal information, the relevant information is destroyed without delay.

Method of destruction: information held as electronic files is permanently deleted in a manner that prevents recovery.

7. Users' rights and how to exercise them

Users may exercise the following rights at any time.

• Request access to personal information
• Request correction of personal information
• Request membership withdrawal (account deletion) and deletion of personal information

These requests can be made from the in-app settings screen or by emailing the contact below. Requests are handled without delay (within 10 days at the latest) after receipt.

8. How to delete your account

Users can withdraw directly via Settings > Delete account in the App. When the account is deleted, all personal information including the stored email address is destroyed immediately.

9. Technical and administrative safeguards

The Developer takes the following measures to ensure the safe handling of personal information.

• SSL/TLS encryption applied to data in transit
• Database access permissions minimised and managed
• The number of personnel handling personal information kept to a minimum
