Vietnam website and app development — A Korean development team with a legal entity in Ho Chi Minh City

We design for 3 languages—Vietnamese, Korean, and English—from the start, with firsthand experience of local company registration and e-commerce notifications. We work in Vietnam's time zone to the quality standards expected by Korean headquarters.

If this sounds familiar

  • A Korean vendor produces Vietnamese pages that read like machine translations, while a local vendor struggles to communicate with Korean headquarters
  • No one explains what a Vietnam company website must include (company disclosures, e-commerce notifications, and tax invoices)
  • Your old PHP site is slow, and mobile visits do not lead to account openings or inquiries

What we build

Official websites for companies in Vietnam

We use Next.js to run 3 languages (VI · KO · EN) from one codebase. We work with contractual numerical guarantees for performance (PageSpeed · LCP), security (OWASP), and search visibility.

Mobile apps for the Vietnam market

We build iOS · Android · web from one codebase and handle release notes in 3 languages and app store listings. We built Mannam Market, a Korean-Vietnamese secondhand trading app, this way.

IT partner for your local company

Our legal entity in Ho Chi Minh City can issue Vietnamese tax invoices (hóa đơn). We provide checklists based on our experience with company registration, e-commerce website content notifications, and payment partnerships (including ZaloPay).

Vietnam systems for Korean financial firms

VinaStock is an investment platform we delivered to Shinhan Securities Vietnam that is currently in operation. We know financial-sector procedures such as firewall allowlists, security reviews, and technical documentation in 3 languages.

How we work

  1. 1

    Assessment (1 week)

We measure the performance, security, and language coverage of your existing website or app. We also review company disclosure requirements and notification obligations in Vietnam.

  2. 2

    Design (1–2 weeks)

We finalize the sitemap and content structure for 3 languages first. Translation starts during design, rather than at the end.

  3. 3

    Build (4–6 weeks)

We create screen demos first so Korean headquarters and the local team in Vietnam can make decisions using the same screens. Acceptance criteria are the numerical targets agreed at kickoff.

  4. 4

    Operations

After launch, we measure again using the same criteria and handle content, language, and security updates throughout the maintenance period.

Scope and timeline

A company website has a baseline timeline of 8 weeks. Pricing depends on the number of pages, number of languages, and integration scope, so we define the scope first in a 30-minute consultation.

Frequently asked questions

Who reviews the Vietnamese?

Our local staff in Vietnam provide native-language review. We do not publish raw machine translations, and we separately check wording that requires precision, such as legal notices.

Are there required elements for a Vietnam company website?

Yes. Company information such as the company name, tax identification number (MST), and address must be disclosed, and online sales or transactions require an e-commerce website content notification. Our own company went through the same process.

Can you issue tax invoices (hóa đơn)?

Yes. As a Vietnamese company registered in Ho Chi Minh City, we issue Vietnamese tax invoices. Payment from Korean headquarters is also possible.

How do you communicate with the team managing the project from Korea?

We communicate in Korean. Our CEO and lead developer are Korean, and we work in Vietnam's time zone (Korea -2 hours), so meeting hours overlap.

How long does it take?

A company website has a baseline timeline of 8 weeks (assessment 1 week · design 1–2 weeks · build 4–6 weeks). App timelines depend on scope. We document the schedule and acceptance criteria before kickoff.
